Andrew Burns

 

 Biography: Andrew Burns is an associate in the Business and Employment-Based Immigration Visa section of George R. Willy, P.C.  His practice focuses mainly on business and entrepreneurial clients who wish to file immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including for their families or their employees.  He also assists in the restructuring of U. S. enterprises in order to comply with the statutory requirements of the immigration process.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Burns worked as a law clerk in the Trial Service Office for the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps in New London, Connecticut.  Before that, he worked as a law clerk for an international business law firm in Tokyo, Japan.

Position: Associate Attorney

Education:  Yale University (B. A., History & Spanish, 2000); University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2006).  Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, 2006.
