Mervyn M. Mosbacker, Jr. brings nearly thirty years of criminal law experience to the firm. He recently served as a Clinton-appointee in the capacity of United States Attorney to the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Mosbacker will be responsible for developing the area where criminal law and immigration law intersect, as well as issues of corporate compliance. He has represented clients nationwide in criminal matters and civil litigation. He has dealt with the highest levels of the Department of Justice, including the Attorney general, Deputy Attorney General and high level career officials in the Criminal Division. He is familiar with the interactions and working relationships between the Department of Justice and federal agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
