Kevin Lear complements the firm with litigation experience earned as a decorated Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He was awarded the Joint Unit Commendation medal for his efforts as an operational Judge Advocate in Afghanistan. Mr. Lear also served tours as a prosecutor for the 2nd Marine Division and as a legal assistance attorney for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
