Brian Johnson
Biography:
Brian Johnson is an Associate Attorney in the immigration, business and non immigrant visa section of George R. Willy, P.C. His practive consistes of primarily of representing clients in the non-immigrant visa and employment based immigrant visa process. Before joining the firm, Mr. Johnson clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert J. Kern at the 387th District Court in Fort Bend County as well as with the Immigraion and Customs Enforcement Office of Cheif Counsel. Mr. Johnson also worked with noted Professors J.T. Oldham on family law. Mr. Johnson recieved the 2005 Public Interest Fellowship for his work in the Department of Homeland Security.Since
joining the firm, Mr. Johnson has assisted in each department, giving him a full
respect for the U.S. immigration laws and an appreciation for the varied issues
that require our firms representation.
